Apart from technical skills and domain expertise do you try to gauge a prospective group member (employee, volunteer, etc.) for their moral literacy and cultural awareness?
I thought not.
There is a way to get a sense of a person’s values and see if they are close enough to the group’s to make it sensible to take them on.
