Here are a set of 21 cases. They are organized according to job specialization and use the SFIA coding of skills to identify moral lapses. All of the cases described below are actual cases reported to either myself or a colleague. Many will seem highly similar to ones already published in various computer ethics books and journal papers. This is to be expected of course as the ones already published came from actual cases: just as mine do.
